Dalessandro Implants and Periodontics

I had heard that Dr. Dalessandro is a good periodontist, but I now personally understand that “good” is an understatement. He is a periodontist “par excellence”. He surgically extracted the roots of my endodontically fractured tooth #19 with no complications, and used a laser to disinfect the socket prior to the bone graft. The local anesthesia was painless and throughout the procedure he had a light touch. It’s my honest opinion; you can’t get any better than that.

He is absolutely the best at what he does. I literally couldn’t trust anyone else. So thankful to be a patient and having the comfort of his expertise.

Patient name: Slawomir Review: Dr. Alan Dalessandro and his team are excellent. I felt cared for and welcomed on time at every visit. The doctor is skilled, confident, and truly cares about his patients, always making sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Dalessandro’s work is excellent, and he has always been very professional. However, it seems there may have been some miscommunication or oversight on the part of his staff. Today, I came in for X-rays and a cleaning and confirmed that the charge would be $235. However, the hygienist told me I needed to pay before the Dr. came in, and charged my card $464 without confirming the price change beforehand. When I called back, I was told the increase was due to missed appointments and later that it was a double service charge. I had canceled both appointments with proper advance notice, so I’m still unsure why this charge was applied. I feel that this situation was not handled appropriately, and I’m being left without recourse.

Dr. Dalessandro is a kind, compassionate doctor who is exceptional at what he does. I’ve had a couple of sinus lifts, an abscess, two implants, etc. and never felt the least bit of pain or discomfort, neither during the procedures nor after. I would highly recommend Dr. Dalessandro to anyone needing a periodontist! You also can’t beat his staff! They are welcoming and friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Thanks to all of you for the great care!

I've been going to Dr Dalessandros office now for about 35 maybe even longer years. I've seen many people come and go. I have never had a bad experience. Every hygienist over all these years all been great and the office staff are the best. The only thing that upsets me is when I see the Dr. He looks the same as the first day I met him that's not right 😂. Love you all have a great day

Every single staff member from the front end to the bedside are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. I have a few implants that need to be placed and Mary has made all the financial information easy to understand. They are super transparent with everything. I just had an appointment this morning. I had two sinus lifts and an implant placed and have absolutely zero pain or soreness, I have taken zero pain relievers and feel great. Dr. Dalessandro is gentle, caring and super knowledgeable. If you are looking into getting an implant done look no further Dr. Dalessandro is the guy to go to. They have state of the art technology and Dr. Dalessandro is passionate about what he does. This office deserves far more than 5 stars. Also, they sometimes have a cute little furry guy named Maverick hanging out in the office which makes this place even more awesome. Thank you Dr. Dalessandro and staff for all the amazing work that you do!

All done with Dental Implants and felt no pain at all during the procedure even if I did they took we'll care of it right away ❤️❤️ I definitely highly recommend going to this guy who does Implants at Dalessandro Implants and Periodontics In Hoffman Estates Illinois Very nice friendly staff and they make you very comfortable as you can be 6/27/2022 from Matt E
